One of the most iconic images from Piero Fornasetti’s work is the opera singer, Lina Cavalieri. From his ‘Themes and Variations’ collection, this decorative plate is numbered #271 and features Lina’s face as two half moons. Highly collectible, this black and white plate is an original item dating back to the 1960s. Signed ‘Fornasetti-Milano, Made in Italy’ on the reverse and manufactured by Arzberg.
