1950s Val St Lambert Purple Table Lamp inc Shade
1950s Belgium Val Saint Lambert, hand blown, purple and clear crystal glass, tapering, swirled, table lamp which includes a vintage fibreglass shade. The lamp is a striking deep purple towards the square base becoming clearer towards the top. Each corner of the square base flares upwards with thick clear contrasting glass on each corner.
The lamp base is fitted with an antique brass mounted light fitting which includes a built in on/off switch which is hidden under the shade. The lamp still has its original foil Val St Lambert manufacturers label and is also signed on the base. Perfect for a bedside light or in a living room setting.
Rewired by a professional electrician with a black silk twisted flex and is in full working order. In very good vintage condition with some surface scratches on the base commensurate with its age and past use.
