1950s Belgium Val St Lambert Green & Clear Glass Table Lamp
1950s Belgium Val Saint Lambert, green crystal lamp base with three clear glass fins on opposite sides. The lamp is beautifully made with very heavy crystal glass in an interesting and elegant form.
The lamp is fitted with a chrome mounted bulb socket and bears the "Val Saint Lambert" signature on the base. The on/off switch is fitted into the base of the bulb socket and can be accessed from underneath the lampshade. Perfect for a bedside table or feature light in a living/dining room. Rewired with a black twisted silk flex and is in full working order.. A single B22 Bayonet bulb is required. In good vintage condition with some small scratches on the base. There is an historical repair to the bulb socket holder which isn't visible when the lampshade is in place.
Dimensions: Depth: 11cm Width: 16cm Height to the top of the light fitting: 40cm Height to the top of the shade: 50.5cm
The shade is not included. I recommend shipping the item without one and purchasing another locally in order to make the packing and postage costs cheaper. It can be included if the sale is in London or the UK for an additional cost of £40.00. Other countries it can be included if required.
Retro Living evolved from a passion for sourcing eclectic, interesting and unusual items of furniture, art, lighting and objets d'art for my own home which then developed into a website and then a shop.
