The 186.0004 was only produced for an 18-month period between 1977 and 1979 and has become much sought after by collectors, not only for its inherent scarcity value but also due its NASA connection; this reference formed the basis of NASA’s fabled ‘Alaska Project IV’ prototype model for Space Shuttle pilots.
