1960s Small German Limberg Glass Flush Mount by Helena Tynell

1960s Vintage German flush mount clear glass ceiling or wall light. Manufactured by Glashütte Limberg and designed by Helena Tynell. The manufacturer’s label is present on the metal ceiling plate. The pressed glass shade features an interesting bubble pattern which helps to diffuse the light.
The circular metal ceiling/wall plate easily attaches to the ceiling with two screws. The shade slots into the shade by rotating it to secure it in place therefore making it very simple to change the lightbulb when required. The outside edge of the plate is sprayed black which isn’t visible when you’re directly below.
The light requires a single large Bayonet B22 lightbulb. Rewired and in full working order. In very good condition.
Perfect for a small room with a low ceiling perhaps a hallway, landing, bathroom, cloakroom or powder room.
